It has been decreed:
One may place the shower curtain inside the bathtub while showering.
After showering, however, the curtain must be placed outside the bathtub.

Why? So it can stick to the tiles and grow mold?
As an old shower curtain story goes, Johnny Carson once asked The Tonight Show guest Conrad Hilton of hotel fame whether he had any tips he wanted to say to an audience of millions. Mr. Hilton replied, "Yes. Please remember to put the shower curtain INSIDE the tub."
